FAQ

Which bike is the best value for Money in Bike For Egg?
The Football Bike is the cheapest upgrade at 200 Money for +0.5 Speed. Later tiers cost more per point but are the only way to keep raising your multiplier.
How much does each Speed point cost?
The first +0.5 costs 200 Money, the second costs 50,000, the next +1 costs 1,000,000, and late-game steps cost tens of millions to hundreds of billions per point.
Should you save for a big bike or buy every tier?
Buy the next affordable tier. Skipping tiers means a longer grind at a lower multiplier, which slows the income that funds the next purchase.
Are Robux bikes better value than Money bikes?
No. Robux is a shortcut, not a better rate. The World Bike is the weakest Robux option because the Righteous Bike gives one more multiplier point for four more Robux.

Which bike is the best value for Money?

The Football Bike is the cheapest upgrade: 200 Money for +0.5 Speed, or 400 Money per full Speed point. That makes it the first purchase almost every player should make. After that, each tier costs far more per point, so the “best” buy is simply the next one you can afford.

The table below shows the purchase price of each Money step, calculated from the October 2026 shop prices. The old bike is not refunded, so the full price of the new bike is the real cost of the upgrade.

Upgrade Money cost Multiplier gain Cost per +1 Speed
Standard → Football 200 +0.5 (x1 → x1.5) 400
Football → Space 50,000 +0.5 (x1.5 → x2) 100,000
Space → Frost 1,000,000 +1 (x2 → x3) 1,000,000
Frost → Righteous 150,000,000 +2 (x3 → x5) 75,000,000
Righteous → Korblox 1,000,000,000 +2 (x5 → x7) 500,000,000
Korblox → Frozen Flame 500,000,000,000 +2 (x7 → x9) 250,000,000,000

The World Bike is left out because it has no Money price. If you do not own it, the jump from Frost to Righteous is 150 million Money for +2, which is why the Righteous Bike is the better Robux-free route.

Why does cost per Speed matter more than total price?

Your bike multiplier affects every treadmill session, so a higher multiplier compounds: faster Speed means faster access to distant zones and better eggs, which feeds the pet income that pays for the next bike. A cheap upgrade early therefore does more for your progress than saving for a distant tier.

That logic reverses late in the game. Once the cheap tiers are bought, the only way to gain more multiplier is a large purchase, and there is no cheaper alternative. At that point, affordability matters more than efficiency.

When should you buy the Frozen Flame Bike?

Only when 500 billion Money is a balance you can spend without stopping your other upgrades. It has the highest multiplier at x9, but the same Money spent earlier on the Korblox Bike and a high-tier Trail may produce more total Speed first.

If you are close to the purchase and already own Korblox, save for Frozen Flame. If you are still on Frost or Righteous, buy the next Money tier and improve your Trails before chasing the top bike.

Do Trails change the answer?

Yes, because Trails stack with bikes and start much cheaper. The Grey Trail costs 100 Money for x1.5, which is half the price of the Football Bike for the same +0.5 multiplier. Buying the Grey Trail first is the single best early purchase in the game.

The Trails list has every tier and price, and the bike tier list ranks the bikes by overall value rather than cost alone.

What should you buy first?

  1. Grey Trail — 100 Money.
  2. Football Bike — 200 Money.
  3. Space Bike — 50,000 Money.
  4. Frost Bike — 1,000,000 Money.
  5. Righteous Bike — 150,000,000 Money.
  6. Korblox Bike — 1,000,000,000 Money.
  7. Frozen Flame Bike — 500,000,000,000 Money.

The beginner guide explains how to earn the first few hundred Money, and the money guide covers the pet income that funds the later tiers.
